Our engineers confirm what is buildable, flag market restrictions, and return tooling, unit cost and lead time in 3–5 days.

Flavour & unit samples

Flavour samples and pre-production units ship in 7–12 days for draw, leak and battery evaluation.

Artwork & packaging

Dielines, printed mock-ups and renders approved by you before tooling and print plates are cut.

Pilot run & QC

A pilot batch validates filling, sealing and assembly, with a QC report and retained samples before mass production.

Mass production & shipping

25–35 days of production with milestone photo reports, then documentation and freight booking to your destination.

Quality control that survives shipping

Every batch is leak-tested under negative pressure, drop-tested at 1.2 m and stored at 45 °C for seven days before release. Battery cells are matched and UN38.3 certified, and retained samples are kept from each production run so any issue can be traced back to a specific batch.

OEM & ODM FAQ

What is the MOQ for an OEM or private-label vape?
5,000 units per SKU for OEM programmes. Below that quantity we can supply catalogue models with your branded packaging only, which starts at 3,000 units per flavour. Tooling, artwork and dieline development are included at no extra cost once the MOQ is met.
Can you match another device’s specifications?
In most cases, yes. Send us the device, sample or specification sheet and our engineering team will confirm feasibility, tooling requirements and lead time. We never copy a protected design, but we can match functional specifications such as puff count, chamber volume, nicotine strength, coil resistance and output power.
How long does an OEM programme take from brief to shipment?
A typical timeline is 3–5 days for feasibility and quotation, 7–12 days for flavour and unit samples, 5–7 days for artwork approval, then 25–35 days for mass production. Flavours requiring new formulation testing add roughly one week.
Do you sign an NDA before discussing specifications?
Yes. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any drawings, formulations, packaging art or pricing are shared, and your artwork files are never reused for other clients.
Who handles compliance documents for an OEM product?
We prepare the technical file for your product: formulation data, emissions test reports, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and CE/RoHS declarations. The notification or registration itself is filed in-country by you or your appointed representative, and we supply everything needed to complete it.
What flavour and nicotine options are available?
Over 60 stock flavour profiles, plus custom formulation from our in-house lab. Nicotine strength, PG/VG ratio and cooling level are all configurable, including 0 mg and 20 mg/ml TPD-compliant builds for the European and UK markets.
