The EU battery rule decides which devices you can still list

From 18 February 2027, EU Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 requires portable batteries in consumer devices to be removable and replaceable by the end user. Sealed single-use devices with permanently installed batteries will no longer qualify for the EU market. Rechargeable pod systems are the format that can be built to that requirement. Wholesale FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?

3,000 units per flavour for standard catalogue models, and mixed models may be combined in a single order. OEM and private-label programmes start at 5,000 units per SKU. Sample orders of 5–10 units are available at sample pricing so you can test a device before committing to a container.

Do you ship directly to the EU and the UK?

Yes. We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP depending on your preference, and we have long-standing freight partners for EU and UK lanes. Battery-containing goods are shipped under UN38.3 test reports with the correct dangerous-goods paperwork attached to every shipment.

Can I order several different models in one shipment?

Yes. Mixed-model containers are normal for our distributor clients — for example dual-chamber disposables alongside pod kits and high-capacity disposables. The only constraint is the 3,000-unit minimum per flavour, not per model, and each model must be ordered in full carton quantities.

Do you offer private label or OEM for wholesale buyers?

Yes. From 5,000 units per SKU we produce under your own brand, including device printing, retail box artwork, user manual and country-specific warning text. Our in-house design team prepares dielines and mock-ups before production so you approve exactly what will ship.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% before shipment by bank transfer (T/T). Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders, and the terms are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before production begins.

How long does production and delivery take?

Samples are dispatched within 5 working days. Mass production is typically 20–30 days after deposit and artwork approval, followed by 3–7 days of air or sea transit preparation. You receive a production schedule and photo reports at each milestone.

Are your products compliant for my market?

We prepare the documentation package your market requires — TPD or MHRA notification data, emissions test reports, MSDS, UN38.3 battery reports and CE/RoHS declarations. Notification itself is filed by the importer or distributor in-country, and we supply the technical files needed to complete it.
